10 days and still NO PROGRESS on issues in arcade. My last post was removed because they said was negative toward employees. What are you suppose to do when nothing has improved, have asked but you get same response over and over or no response at all. The truth really shows just how bad arcade has gotten since this NEW GROUP PURCHASED THE RIGHTS.
GAMES DON’T LOAD, EVERYTHING SUPER SLOW, BLACK SCREEN, FAST CLOCKS, HALF SCREENS WHEN YOU GET TO PLAY, FINISH A GAME AND GET NO TICKETS BUT GET THE BLACK SCREEN AND ON AND ON.
SURE WISH THE OLD ARCADE WOULD REAPPEAR. LACK OF SMARTS AND YOU KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS S. YES THE TRUTH HURTS BUT WHO HAS CAUSED THESE ISSUES NOT US ARCADE PLAYERS WHEN WE CAN’T PLAY.

I just got in to play Eggz Blast, scored 64640 and received a BLACK SCREEN NO TICKETS. It is not the about the points but the fact the ARCADE IS SO👎👎👎 that it is a hit or miss getting connected. This is a JOKE🤮🤮

Hi @hsnappawful, this is what I have so far (which is the same thing I posted yesterday in your initial thread). A bug report has been sent to our arcade vendor and are awaiting a response from them and any next steps.

I will provide an update once I receive any updated info. I want to share that while I may not be able to provide a daily or weekly update, just know that I am keeping a close eye on your concerns.

Any new issues arise, please let me know and I can bubble those up. I appreciate your patience and bearing with me while I get all these issues ironed out.

  So I assume this is a standard reply since arcade is not a HSN game but venders now🤔 Funny how the old HSN never had to wait this long for fixes or about device compatible but going on 2 weeks now🤔 and nothing new😱 Maybe by year end we should know something but I will not hold my breath🥴 The new HSN not worth it be no means🤔
