Does Krissy know whatever happened to Franz Xavier jewelry?
I realize it’s been some years since HSN sold /aired his jewlry, but I was very curious whatever happened to him and his beautiful Absolute rings? I called customer service today to ask, but the representative wasn’t familiar with him, nor was her supervisor.

  Xavier left HSN and started selling his jewelry on ShopLC. His designs were still beautiful. Unfortunately, Xavier past away a couple of years ago and his wife took over. She has since left LC and not sure if she is still doing jewelry designs.

I’m also waiting for my confirmation email from 4-8-21 & was just told by a very dismissive rep from customer service, that I am not the verified winner. If I’m not, than who is & why is my name listed on the the winner’s page?

  Can you please let us all know if or when will the todays special puzzle come back on line. I know there has to be a way for us to start playing on our computers with a different program other than flash.Playing on a phone is sooooooooooo tiny and horrible-you need a magnifing glass to try and play.Can you or your supervisor at least let us all know if this is in the works???? This would put all the questions to rest. A response would greatly be appreciated.

Hi Krissy, It shows that I won on Friday, that I won the Anna Griffin Spring Rub-on Transfers. I’ve not received the email confirmation. What do I need to do to correct this?

Hi Krissy, Yes I received the Spendable Kash that I won on Sept 19 th 2020 from the Daily TS Puzzle…. I`m still waiting on my E mail from winning the Ninja Air Fryer on Aug 13th 2020 at the cost of $169.99 ….. THANKS for U help……

Krissy, apparently you didn’t see my update to your reply regarding not getting a notification after being shown as winner on 4/1 for game of the week alternate entry. You had replied with the link to game of the week winners (see above). However, it was not the regular game of the week that my win was listed under but was under the other prizes for the alternate entry drawing. I still have received no confirmation email so am reposting in the hopes that I get an answer.
