website won't let me leave an Origami review.
I just purchased an Origami Slim Pantry Rack with Drawers. I wanted to leave a review but, despite emailing my invoice and the notice that it has been delivered to me, the website refuses to acknowledge I bought this and so I can’t submit a review on this Origami pantry rack. It went together well but the quality was not expected Origami. The welds were sloppy and with some very shape edges. The two upper shelves sit uneven and are divided so the shelf is not a continuous 16 inches flat surface. Returning it would cost almost as much as I paid for it, so here it stays. I have 2 Heavy duty Origami shelves that are out standing, but this slim shelf is not worth my hard earned money. Disappointed.

Thank you for the rapid response and the information! I was not aware of the delay requirement between the delivery and the review.
I am very disappointed in the quality of this slim pantry rack. It did come as a surprise.
I have bought Origami racks before and have seen them in other homes. The quality of the materials and the attention to clean finishes and well-fitted joining has made them genuinely worth their purchase price.
Sadly, this Origami rack did not live up to my expectation.
