Very unhappy with HSN

Try the chat. Just go into your order through your order number. There is a chat area. Just give them the order number. If you wish not to deal with them that way, then go into the customer service area within Community. You should get a response within a day or so. Just write what you have written here. Do not enclose your order number. They will give you more info.

They hav issues for sure.
I placed an order 7 days ago still in packaging. Ok I will give them some slack…. Then I get my CC statement today and I was charged 6 days ago for this order. I get the bill before I get my order.
I did contact CS in chat. I was told they had problem with carrier pick. 6 days? I was told that was all the info they had.
So I hav to wait! There is no proof it ia waiting pick up. Can’t claim lost package, and I can’t cancel order’ Only thing I can do is file a los package next month if I hav not gotten it.

I have an order that I have been waiting weeks for. First I was told it was in packing, next I got an email that said I had returned it. Now it is back in packing.
Also the Skinn, TS I ordered as been cancelled. Don’t they order enough to fulfill their orders.

All thanks to merging with stinking QVC. HSN keeps going downhill! Same products over and over and over and four minutes on end. Do used to be fun to watch and then the brag about thousands of products online that you never see well get with the program HSN and start showing those products instead of the same stale items.

I’ll never order anything from HSN again! I tried to cancel a recent order, when after contacting their customer service department I was told there would be an extra week added to the shipping date. NO CANCELATIONS was the customer service departments reply to my request. It’s clear to me that HSN cares little about its customers.

After reading all of the above, I must say I’m happy they cut me off. Not sure why sincve I owe them nothing and even paid off my daughter’s items. Thank you HSN for not letting me order any more…

Yes, they’ve definitely gone down hill. They threatened to cut me off for returning too many items, yet their policy is full satisfaction or return it. They actually had the nerve to tell me there are a lot of people who don’t return things. I keep coming back, and keep getting disappointed.

And you’re all right about seeing the same old same old all the time.

To anyone whose items have been charged to your cc but not received, get with your cc company and deny the charge.

And while we’re on the subject of HSN going down hill, I hate that they’ve instructed their “models” to move more, dance, be happy! They look like such amateurs. I don’t care about them dancing and flouncing the clothing. Just show me the garment to its full advantage.

I, too, was chastised for “too many returns”. They say if you don’t love it return it. I found that they don’t mean it at all. They are not giving me the item. I am a paying customer. I also pay S&H.

I am unhappy as well. I ordered the Irobot roomba vacuum and that was on July 13 2022. It still says “packaging”. I spoke to 2 different people on chat on two different days and was told the est. date of delivery will be 8/5. I want to know WHY is it taking so long for real?? This is ridiculous.
