Taking too long to ship or bad business
I ordered 3 items on November 30th and today is December 12th. So far I only received one item. On the order page it says HSN hasn’t handed the packages to UPS. I called the HSN customer service and they don’t have any clue about what’s going on. Very disappointed at this store. I don’t think I’ll be ordering anymore from HSN.I am going stick with Walmart or Amazon. If they want to keep the customers then they need to improve areas of shipping, customer service, returns, availability of the items and so on.

I am so sorry you have not received your order. The items are being shipped from the vendor and not directly from an HSN warehouse which impacts the fulfillment process. There has been no movement since 12/1/2025. After 15 days if there has been no movement, we consider the order lost according to our policy and you will be eligible for a refund or replacement. I bought the Prestige box TS and it came the next day. I was so shocked. I guess it is where you are located in the US. I was pleased.

I too ordered items (many, probably 15) on Dec 4 and they have not shipped yet. tomorrow is Dec 13. Called CS and all I got was… “the warehouse in Piney Flats is having difficulty with orders right now”. What kind of an answer it that? It shows my items were to arrive tomorrow. The CS agent gave no compensation or recommendation. All i received was “im sorry”. This is not acceptable. They would not compensate shipping for returns if need be and gave no timeframe as to when I would receive.

I’m going to say it always gives a shipping time frame. I usually always receive my items well before the estimated time.Very seldom had a problem over 25+ yrs shopping here.

There has been some severe weather. It happens every winter. Shipping delays are inevitable.
