Super Customer Service

Today a very patient and persistent CS lady (can’t remember her name) saw that I received credit for a return I GOOFED up. Do not use a spare label to return a different item … that’s what I did, not realizing each label pertains to a specific order. I had visited 3 times with different CS reps to no avail. I wish I knew this lovely person’s name. THANKS HSN!!
