Shipping question

Why is the shipping $4 higher on the “as is” bedding? (Same exact blanket, same brand)
$3.50 new, $7.50 as is?
Which actually means you will only save $5.96 by taking a chance on the condition. I’m curious &a bit surprised about this 🤔

I don’t argue about the The way they put shipping on stuff because to us it’s how much we’re paying total but you have to remember, the shipping cost goes to the Shipping company, Whether it’s UPS or usps or whatever.

  I don’t think the shipping cost goes to the carrier. QVC makes a profit on shipping, it’s in their accounting statements. It’s not just shipping, it’s “shipping and handling.” Packaging, staff, etc., and margins.

I have noticed the difference in shipping on “as is” items on many of them since HSN started selling “as is”. Also on free shipping days several of the as is items will not have free shipping! It’s too much trouble to call customer service so I just won’t buy them. It’s all part of the HSN shopping experience! It can be very frustrating at times! I still love shopping here though.

  I have noticed that the price of an item increases often when they have free shipping. So it is just an illusion. Buyer beware.

  my problem with returning an item is this, a few months ago I ordered a product, I didn’t like it so wanted to return it, so I tried and it said I had to call customer service, ok, i did they told me I had to get a return label from the product seller,ok they gave me the information and I called them they would send me out a label in 7 days, didn’t come ,recalled them and they said it was sent in a email, no it wasn’t, the fellow said he would send me one directly to my mailing address, no they didn’t, I have waited and waited, so finally decided to mail it back on my own, it would cost me forty dollars to send back a twenty dollar item, so no I didn’t send it back, I intend to call h.s.n. again and complain and demand a label be sent to me from them, I doubt they will so be aware they are not always truthful about returning an item.Will let you know when I hear from them.
