Samantha Brown Metallic Hardside
So … I received two 22″ Samantha Brown hardsides, but both had about 3 dents in the front out of the box. I returned for replacement, and one had 3 dents in front and the other had 3 dents in the back. Is anyone else having this problem? I could deal with the small dents in the back, but the ones in the front are sad looking. Is there a way to get these out, or will I have to keep returning this item? The colors are just beautiful.

I don’t have a brown metallic, but I have a teal/aqua hardsider I bought a couple years ago. The outside is fine, however, the left inside where the two zip pockets are, is in tatters. The material is so light it is shredding. Cannot use that side of case. Does anyone know of how or where I can get something like this repaired. I think the entire side, zipper, pockets, and all need to come out to fix.

If it dents in shipping, imagine how it will dent during travel. Just a thought.

Good point. I took the silver model from last year to the airport and it went through baggage handling with no problem. Maybe downgrade in manufacturing materials.
