Samantha Brown luggage defective
I purchased a piece of luggage from this line late summer. The first time I used it was in November and two flights later the nylon was already ripped with just normal luggage handling and the handle collapses with just light directional pressure when NOT pushing the button. I left a voicemail for their company and haven’t heard anything back almost three weeks later. This product was expensive even on clearance but it’s very disappointing that they don’t rush to support defective/disappointing products. I’ve wanted to try her products for along time and sadly I regret that decision. HSN didn’t have any warranty time or info.

I too have had an issue with defective luggage. After using my suitcase one time, the handle no longer will extend. I contacted Samantha Brown customer service via email and they said I needed to mail my 25” suitcase to an approved center (at my own expense) to determine if it’s defective at which time that center will contact SB and fix the defect. They sent me a list of approved centers, none of which are close to me. First of all, I can’t imagine how much it will cost for shipping a large suitcase and to say they don’t guarantee my suitcase can be fixed at their expense is unacceptable. If I’m going to send it somewhere I need to know they are going to fix it. I don’t want a broken suitcase back. I am 66 years old, have travelled completely around the world to over 15 countries and have never had a suitcase fail so quickly and not have the manufacturer fix it without question. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS LINE IF YOU THINK IT WILL LAST MIRE THAN ONE TRIP.

Please consider posting this in the customer service section.
Maybe they can give you another phone number to call.
