Samantha Brown 19" spinner
I purchased the new 19″ spinner this past May,and it’s the perfect carry on for short trips. However the telescopic handle BROKE midway on my trip. The handles seemed a bit flimsy but since I own several other of he luggage pieces, and love all of her luggage. I decided to keep it. Unfortunately the handle BROKE on the 1st leg of my trip. I’ve taken it to a luggage repair and was turned away. How can I get this replaced or repaired? Can you provide the name of the manufacturer? Is there a warranty?

I was told there is a S&H fee of $25 and you may not get your original color. After seeing quite a few reviews with broken handles I do not want to throw good money after bad! My first time using it the handle broke on one side and then shortly after the other side. There are these plastic clips where the handle retracts that look like they either break or get out of line. If it was a cheaper fee to replace I might but not $25.

I’ve files a complaint/report with the warranty company and have received a reply that requires a $20 fee. Yet there were no further instructions just the “required” $20 fee. Can anyone tell me if this is customary or did I get a scam email?
“…However, in line with our company’s policy, we kindly request a shipping and handling fee of $20.”

Yes there is a warranty the info is inside one of the suitcases pockets. Did you throw it out or check the pockets? I keep the warranty info in an outside pocket.
The warranty is 2 yrs from date of purchase.
For damage there is a special website you have to go to file a warranty claim.
