Possible Scam?

We ordered a Kingsdown mattress and it’s supposed to be delivered August 17th. We have been getting multiple voice-mails from different numbers saying our Lazy boy recliner is ready for delivery. Of course we haven’t responded to any of them but I thought we should say something. Hopefully we get a mattress!

In this case, your order is being delivered by AIT Worldwide Logistics, and since this delivery is scheduled by appointment, the calls may have been from the carrier trying to arrange your delivery.

To be safe, I recommend calling AIT directly at 1-800-346-4248 and providing your tracking number to schedule your appointment.

Your delivery includes room-of-choice placement and packaging removal.
