Give it a couple of days..If you still have not received your product ,call customer service

One thing I would do is to recheck your order to make sure the address is correct. For some reason packaging has changed my street number a few times. If this is the case, your package will be returned to the warehouse. Just let customer service know so that you will not be charged for the return shipping and so the order can be replaced. You can contact customer service by posting an inquiry on their thread within Community. If this isn’t the case, then you can contact the delivery people directly to ask where your package is. United States Postal Service do have their own phone numbers within your town or city. Just google USPS and then enter your city & state. That should bring up a number of post offices near you. If it’s UPS, you can use their web site to see where your package is. Just copy and paste their package number into their area and it may tell you where it was dropped. If it was definitely delivered to your home and it isn’t there, by all means contact Customer Service. Again, contact can be made using their thread within Community.
