Item disappears from order

Has anyone else had an ordered item just disappear from their orders? I ordered the Bissell Airram vacuum while it was on sale. Been looking for it. Checked the status this morning and it is now nonexistent. Of course, now the item is no longer on sale very frustrating.

@beth555, did you receive an email from HSN saying the order went through when you purchased it? If so, maybe you can still get it at the sale price.
