Happy Laundry Brightener vs Nellie Brightener

Much to my surprise, Nellie’s Laundry Soda and Brightener got the BBQ stain out of a white tee shirt. Granted, it was a few small spots, but gone. Nellie’s is easy to find, you don’t have to buy at HSN.

It contains two mineral ingredients, a plant derived ingredient and other key ingredients. Usable to clean solid surfaces around your home. Please sprinkle directly in machine drum, not in dispenser drawer.

Oxiclean/oxiwash works better than both, and is unscented. And…. can be bought at the store .

The Beekman did not work for my laundry either.

I have both and do find Nellire’s seems to work
much better for whitening.

I have the Happy Place 7 piece White & Bright Oxygen Powdered Concentrate Kit — where you put a small envelope of powder in warm water in a gallon jug, swirl to mix, then put a cup or so in your laundry. I’ve used it several times and have noticed NO whitening or brightening action. It’s too expensive to return it, so I’ll use it a bit and donate the rest, but would NEVER buy any Happy Place products again. I’ve used the Happy Place laundry powder in the past, and the flakes of goats milk soap don’t always dissolve. I haven’t been impressed with any of the other Beekman products I’ve ordered either.

I do love Nellie’s laundry powder, have used it for years, and love how clean and clear it rinses from my laundry. I would much soon recommend a Nellie’s product than anything from Beekman or Happy Place.

Seriously, neither product description shows the ingredients. You can find Happy Place ingredients on Beekman1802.com. Nelllie’s can be found with Google. The two products do have different ingredients.
