DON'T ORDER A SIMMONS AIR MATTRESS
Ordered a Queen Simmons Air Mattress in May. Was shipped a Full, so they sent me a UPS label to return it. Re shipped the correct size, received a Full. Was sent a UPS label to return it. Ordered a Queen again, and received a Full today. Was sent a UPS label to return it.
For all this aggravation, I have to bring these heavy boxes to a UPS store, they didn’t even offer me a $1.00 in spendable cash. I have to go out tonight, in NYC to try to buy one for my guests arriving tomorrow. I have never been so frustrated with a company. I am not paying to return them, so I guess I should be happy.
Rethinking my whole HSN account now. Each wrong delivered mattress weighs 20 pounds each, and I have to return them to a UPS store here in NYC . Haven’t had the time or a vehicle to do this and now my account is on hold. It is not my fault they sent the wrong item 3 TIMES.
