Delayed packages

We are so sorry you haven’t received your recent orders. The Auto-ship order for 867367 Perlier White Almond Nourishing Pearl Body Cream AS is scheduled for delivery for tomorrow, July 24. Your order for 911035 Tupperware< 4pc Hourglass Shaped Seasoning Shaker Set BLUE is also scheduled for delivery for tomorrow, July 24. If you do not receive them tomorrow, we have to assume they might be lost. I apologize for the inconvenience. HSN seems to be adopting QVC s/h practices when you order from QVC they don’t give tracking info when you get an update on the package it’s already @ your front door not good business practice at all. I know this because I ordered a few items from them last year tracking was awful. Hope & pray thing will get better but I’m not shopping much on either site not crazy about their lack of CUSTOMER CARE, not standing behind warranties they offer, the tracking or not being able to track our packages & you would think they would let us returns items for FREE when they just don’t work & we need to return it without paying a label fee/shipping fee but I guess this is what business do when they think we can’t shop other places. Their deals are not always great & I have found the same items much cheaper & no s/h. Shop around have a Blessed day.

I had an order that said packaging then shipped then out for delivery. Crazy.
The HSN website is a mess. Pictures missing, tracking is inaccurate, inventory inaccurate. Something’s up.

Packages are arriving fairly quickly but yes the tracking is not updating timely. No complaints!

No but I will say that I have had issues with the tracking not updating! It showed it still somewhere but then it suddenly arrived at my house!
