DECEPTIVE DISCOUNT
I made/cancelled a purchase of four items from Kohl’s because the discount said 15% OFF* but when I went to place the order it only gave me a discount on one item.
Is this a good business practice by HSN to * the discount and hide the discount conditions in small letters and in another location or is this a deceptive business practice?
Does it offend you? It does me. I much prefer a straight punch than a sucker punch.
Thank you HSN. I cancelled the order and found the very same items on KOHL’S for $23.96 per item less and with free shipping to Alaska.

My Birthday is at the end of May, all other retailers give me a coupon for the whole month to use once. So a few days ago, (5/5/23) I received a coupon via email for my Birthday from HSN. I didn’t use it that day, but when I tried to use it today, it had expired already. That is deception.

Sorry you could not use the coupon. You can ask Customer Service about the coupon within Community. The Reps’ MODS as they are called, are very helpful. Just let them know what happened.
That type of coupon usually comes in an e-mail and may not show the disclaimer. All coupons can be checked when you are on line. Just go to PROFILE, then go down to KASH. The coupon is also displayed there. Click on the coupon number and the disclaimer will be there.

It has been my experience when HSN has a coupon that they have a disclaimer within the info. Sometimes the coupon is good only on one item, sometimes it can be used the entire day. In order to see the disclaimer you can either mouse on the coupon # or under PROFILE you can go to KASH and then read the info when you mouse on to the number. Most times the coupon cannot be used on the TS.
