Got the DASH air fyer TS in October 2019. LOVED it! Hinge broke on the door so couldn’t use. Reached out to DASH customer service last week. A new replacement air fryer in the same color (Aqua) will be delivered tomorrow. No hassle, no returning this one. Amazing!

I HAVE LOADS of DASH STUFF – it’s the real deal and I agree with you – they stand behind their product line. My DASH blender is AWESOME, as are my dash skillets and air fryers.
