@marsh83, sorry to hear about the trouble with the skillet! I just tracked the return and show it was received back in our warehouse today, so you should see the refund processed over the next few days.

Ugh, didnt notice as others did that even on outside of box there was a warning of the coating? Was already aggravated that such a huge skillet I had been searching for had such a small heating coil. Went back to see video & sure enuf’ showed grilled cheese sandwiches were burned where coil was & uncooked the rest of them. I wouldnt purchase his pans anyway, as to me cheaply made where handles have metal pieces inside to cover screws. Dont feel can be cleaned sufficiently & cheapest way to mfr.Oh well. wont buy from him again. Too much hype. Shall be more mindful in future of what if offered & quality.
