Concierge Collection- one towel edge frayed Item # 906 371

I ordered a 10 piece towel set. I unboxed and put the towels in the wash. I didn’t notice that one of the hand towels had a frayed edge. The other 9 are ok. I wasn’t going to rebox and send back the entire order. Is there anyway to get in touch with someone to possible obtain a replacement? I have a picture, but don’t see where I could forward it.
Is this a common problem with this company’’s products?
