Clearance item high SH

Not sure if since merger w/QVC or what. But HSN shipping and handling have gotten out of hand. Clearance item(blanket) has higher s/h than regular items. 7.50 vs 5.50. After tax added…its still $24-$25. Clearance??? They put a sale price..yet increase the S/H. I thought s/h were cost based by weight and size. QVC HSN make up their own rules.
