I looked at some of the reviews for the Arlo TS. They’re incentivized. People received a free product in exchange for posting a review. Why should I pay money when other people get it free? Send me a free camera set, I’ll be happy to post a review.
I’ve noticed the same thing on Sephora, incentivized reviews. What a racket.

@sherryrose I have some of the older Arlo cameras, and my monthly fee is about $20. I ordered the new 3 pack, and I’m hoping I won’t be charged an extra fee.

Interesting. I came on here to ask what the monthly? fee is after the “4 free months” to save video. It is pitch black where I live outside of lil town, and lots of animals jump on roof at nite & wake/scare me.
Also do u need internet for this, as I only have hotspot on my phone.

I tried to find a phone number for them and got nowhere. There is “virtual” chat support only. Impossible to speak with a human being, and the chat didn’t help me. I went to their community and that was a waste of time too. So I give up. No customer service!!
