Any good experience with Beautyrest Hotel Signature Plush King Mattress Set with

Nope mine is being returned sagging horribly after 6 days box springs are dirty dont do it will take up to 21 days to get picked up for return customers service is a joke at hsn

@ tiadom, What is going on with this mattress so many bad reviews right? They are to be made as they get a request, at least that’s what the host said. Mine came in for delivery as the incorrect plat form. On a king size mattress one piece was 9″ and the other 5″. Called customer service and they advised me to refuse the order until the order arrived correctly.
Now only the plat form arrived at the shipping area and no mattress. Never again will I order anything large from HSN/QVC. Thank You for your response.
