Buyer beware! You are not offered an easy return label!!!! You have to schlep it to the post office to be able to return it on your own. This company does not/should not do business with HSN AND HSN should make their customers aware of the fact that there is no easy return label offered. Don’t bother me with company that do this to their customers. This is about as bad as their product!

One of the worst products I ever purchased from HSN — I gave it to a friend . She does ok with it ….but she has problems and has to work and work with it .

I would never try this product even though I have a need for it. My physician takes care of it for me. I would rather know it is being done correctly then find out later this item caused ear damage. And I can not stand the television commercial for this product.
