Warning!
If you have any sort of illness or disease, please ask your doctor before taking any vitamin or herbal supplement. Especially if you have any heart disease, liver disease, kidney disease. I was surprised to learn how many of these supplements can have a negative effect on someone with an illness or a chronic condition.
So make sure you do your research, get regular blood tests done and tell your doctor what you are taking.
I think almost all supplements are designed for people who are completely healthy. Just be careful and talk to your doctor.

I think he does qualify to run all his vitamins by your personal physician. I have been taking most of his vitamins for years. Frankly, I never really spoke to my doctor about them. I did show my eye doctor what I was taking for eye support and he was impressed by his vitamins. Most, but not all, of his vitamins agree with me. There are a few popular ones, such as healthy hair, skin and nails, that for some reason, upset my stomach. I would say, though, if it were not for his vitamins, I could not tolerate any store bought ones. They are a little expensive. The store bought ones are no bargain if I can’t tolerate or swallow them. Again, just my take on things.
