TS Homedics foot massager

I just got mine yesterday. It feels nice but I cannot feel the heat much and it does NOT massage your whole foot. Minor but what I do not like is the fact that is is VERY noisy. It clicks and clacks every time the movement occurs in the mechanism. Is this normal? Seems to me like it should be a quieter machine. If not for that I would recommend. May not keep it…
