Tony Little Core Lounge Extreme
First of all, I’m not trying to discourage anyone from purchasing this core lounge. It’s a good piece of equipment. I just want to warn people to not go overboard with this exerciser. Over 10 years ago, I purchased the same type of core exerciser. Great for stretching and your core. My husband thought doing a high number of reps, going at a fast pace, was a good thing. He was doing this every day. Well, he ended up with a blood clot between his neck and shoulder joint. The doctor at the ER said this type of blood clot is usually seen in athletes. He was on blood thinners for months because of this. This could be a fluke thing that happened to my husband, but I just wanted to let everyone know. That was the first time he ever got a blood clot and has never had one since. Just follow the directions and guidelines for this core lounge. To repeat, my husband went gung-ho and over did it.

I am so sorry for your husbands health issues, blood clots are very scary. I hope he’s doing well.
I’ve been using this lounger for over 15 yrs. and have found it to be the best piece of exercise equipment I have ever used. I don’t go way too hard though but I do use it for 30+ minutes every day and am much healthier for it. I have turned my friends and family on to it and they have all experienced the same results, wouldn’t want to be without it. -
thank you for posting

Yikes. Good info to know. Sometimes more is not always better. All things in moderation.
