New Lessman Secure packaging

I really wanted to leave a review about this, but the item number is gone from the site… so here goes:

I fully understand why they chose to change the packaging to the pouch from the big plastic tub. The idea is great. The execution did not work out as well as it could have, in my opinion.

The zip closure on the heavy plastic just doesn’t work. It took quite a bit if effort (and a spoon to pry with) to get it open the first time… and I have been unable to get it fully re-closed. So I’m using a large chip clip to close the pouch and praying I don’t drop it.

A much better execution would have been a slider zip.

It won’t stop me from buying my yearly supply every January, but this change is a miss.

I agree that the new Secure packaging is probably better for a number of reasons but I also had a good deal of difficulty getting it resealed. Even when I thought it was, I rechecked and it was not. A slider would have been so much better. My biggest concern is that if it is not sealed, the contents are not protected and spillage is a probability if dropped.
