My ChocoNuvo came melted!

Thanks for the tips and warnings. I ordered a supply to last until Oct, but it is on extended delivery to arrive by May 27. That’s another month of increasing heat for those of us in the south! It leaves me with little hope of receiving the shipment at all, if production has ceased for the summer, or in an enjoyable form unless it is shipped in a different manner.

I ordered 10-20 for the latter shipment and my squares aren’t melted but more than half are disclored and broken. When I would open package the chocolate would just crumble out. Some of squares were okay but most had to be tossed and putting in refrigerator altered. the taste. I understand the heat element so maybe the packaging could be changed . Thank you Andrew for the chocolates but no more orders until hopefully this issue is resolved.

I live in Arizona, so mid-April is way too late for me to order ChocoNuvo. It does harden in the refrigerator, but the squares are irregular. I agree, the monthly special price should be in March. I learned my lesson last year, and stocked up in the fall. I keep a stash in the freezer to last through the summer months.
