Major up on bag of multiple orders with coupon and lost it

Today I made multiple orders submitted in my bag to get orders over $75 so I would get the FREE SHIPPING and Handling and also used my HSN coupon of $10 off any order of $10 or more which was due to expire 2-28-2023. I placed 4 orders of same order Nakery body butter Holiday gift 3 piece set and two more orders of another same order Nakery Beauty skin restore body wash in social butterfly. These six orders totaled over $75 so should have gotten FREE SHIPPING and Handling and then the $10 off coupon should have taken $10 off one of the orders. Well I submitted the bag of 6 orders on my computer like I always shop. Well today something went crazy and it showed the same identical order number for every order which was incorrect. Then it went crazy again and showed on my order status multiple orders over and over again almost a page full of orders of these two different items being ordered and so my order status page was crazy full of items way beyond what I had ordered. Then finally one of them showed one item was coupon discounted $10 from the coupon on that page of full of orders way beyond what I had ordered. Then it went crazy again and took most of the orders off my order status page and it took away the coupon and the order with the coupon $10 off the page. Then it charged me shipping and handling on all the items in the order and left me short one of my orders which was the order with the coupon of $10 that was suppose to be discounted. What the heck is going on at HSN and orders???
