I ordered this boot and it was defective so I immediately returned it. I had already had to pay the first flex pay of $18.67 so was the amount I was suppose to get refunded as HSN says on their return policy but NO I only got about half of the refund and they kept the rest. What is up with this cheating the customer out of the refund they are suppose to get refunded???? I have had this happen in the past on other products and I wonder who is pocketing the money and not refunding it to the person per the HSN policy for full refund of any money already paid in on a product.
Has this been happening to any of you who have returned products???
I would like to know what you think….

@jano21, if the item was defective it should not have cost you anything to return it.

They are charging you an amount stated on the website for the shipping cost. It is not a free return. If you are using your own label and paying the shipping charge up front, this is not right then.
