Is anyone having a problem with Philiips rebate?

I did, when I purchased their electric toothbrush. You have to keep calling HSN and get them to contact the group, who is supposed to answer you. One problem, though, they ask you way too many questions, that should not be asked, including your SS#. If I had known that, before I made the purchase, I would not have made it. Keep on them, you can get it. I did.
