intelliWHITE HAP 10 Super Toothpaste conflicting use directions
Just received the intelliWHITE HAP10 Super Paste; saw it on HSN and the host and printed directions say this: “How to Use”– “For best results, apply a pea-sized amount on a DRY toothbrush, brush for 2 minutes, (etc.)”
The tube received has directions on the back which say the opposite, to use a WET toothbrush. This is pretty simple stuff, but why the discrepancy on TV presentation and product?? I have a photo of the WET statement but this forum won’t let me add a pic…?? But trust me, it says ‘WET”….back of the product.
I notified intelliWHITE company, they said the discrepancy would be corrected on HSN but it hasn’t been. So, just a notice: the correct guidance is ‘use a WET toothbrush, not DRY as the hosts and guides say on HSN.

Thank you I purchase this for my husband, and I know she mentioned not to use it with Fluoride and to put it on a dry brush and don’t rinse just spit it out.
I use fluoride and another toothpaste by IntelliWhite once in a while. I don’t use any whitening strips even though they are supposed to be excellent. I have two teeth that are slightly yellow, but they were too sensitive the enamel is probably not strong on the teeth which would make them sensitive
I told my husband to brush with the fluoride first rinse & then use the Hap10. She has so many different toothpastes for different things some are more for whitening, but they all basically do the same thing. -
We appreciate your feedback; it will be passed along.
