HSN DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS ANY LONGER
I HAVE BEEN WITH HSN OVER 20 YEARS, BUT THAT’S ENOUGH. ON 5/3/20 I ORDERED 3 TS /BIGGEST BOTTLE/ FROM ANDREW.
I WAS THE FIRST FEW WHO ORDERED, YET STILL PUT MY TO EXTENDED DELIVERY. CALLED HSN ON THE 4TH TOLD HER, THE SYSTEM HAS A GLITCH THAT NEEDS TO BE FIXED. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME HAPPENING.
DID A POST UNDER COMMUNITY – CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOBODY, NOBODY RESPONDED.
GREAT SERVICE. TALKED TO PROCAP, TWICE, THEY TOLD ME THEY HAVE PLENTY OF PRODUCT AND NOTHING IS ON BACK ORDER. TODAY 5/14/20 STILL SHOWING EXTENDED DELIVERY, AGAIN I CALL HSN, REP NANCY TOLD ME THEY’RE AWARE OF THE SYSTEM ISSUES AS THEY GETTING A LOT OF COMPLAINT. SO, THANK YOU HSN, I JUST CANCELLED ALL 3 ORDERS. I DON’T THINK I’LL SHOP ON HSN ANYTIME SOON.
I’m truly sorry that your vitamin orders needed to be canceled, @lady81! I would also like to apologize that you didn’t receive a response prior to this. After reviewing your order, I do see that it was on Extended Delivery at checkout with an estimated delivery date of 6/2. Sadly, we are unable to expedite these orders once they are placed. I truly wish I could do more and I hope you’ll give us another chance in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
That depends on where you’re from. In England we say HSN don’t because of being a company representing a group of people, i.e. they don’t.
I don’t buy procaps supplements, but I once looked on their website at the time they were on HSN and they had the same prices.
HSN lost me back in March when they took away the $5 craft day shipping. Their prices weren’t anything special anyway. I can do a lot better elsewhere.
