CINNAMON
I love and buy many of Andrew’s products but CINNAMON caused me to bleed heavily. It contains a cheaper cinnamon which contains coumarin va powerful blood thinning agent. I believe it should be on the label.

Thank you for this information. I don’t take Andrew’s cinnamon but this is very important information for those who do. Thank you for the alert.

Stay away from cassia cinnamon, it contains coumarin, which can be toxic, stick with Ceylon or True cinnamon only.

I had bleeding from the Cranberry with D-Mannose and had to stop taking it. I have had no other problems with any more of his supplements.

gerril952 is correct. Ceylon Cinnamon is more expensive.
Per Healthline.com
“Cassia cinnamon is considered lower quality. It originated in Southern China and is also known as Chinese cinnamon”
Ceylon, or “true cinnamon,” is native to Sri Lanka and southern parts of India”I also take a whole bunch of supplements from Andrew, but not the cinnamon, I did use Andrews
cinnamon, but not after I did my research.Andrews supplements works, maybe I should research all of his supplements.
We all spend a “lots and lots” of money for his supplement, I know it’s good, but maybe, just maybe that’s less expensive alternative out there. -
This is the first I have heard of such a thing as it being a cheaper cinnamon. I always have been under the impression that Andrew uses top quality safe products. I along with many others take baby aspirin, this now has me wondering if it is safe to take any of his products containing cinnamon.
