Be Sure to Monitor Your Extended Deliveries
During the WISE TS (9/9/19), I ordered Wise Company 28oz Seychelle Filtering Water Bottle/624-210 & Wise Company Water Filtration Replacement 2-pack/624-692. They went on extended delivery, which was no problem for me. I recently wondered their status. I was surprised to see they were flagged as shipped. So, I clicked on Track Order. It showed an error message with error in transit (sorry I didn’t copy the message at the time). I called HSN customer service. She had never seen that particular error before either & she put me on hold. For some reason the items disappeared in the process of being shipped. I had not been credited for these items. She then credited me the amount for both items.
NOTE: If I hadn’t called, I would have been out the purchased amounts. Consumer beware.
