Thank you RBLOVED I am on the fence on this one but glad you mentioned rolling it on carpet I Would be using it in my Living room on carpet too and as far as the hub i have a sheet of silicone I can use on it like a rubber band ? ‘I also got my eye on the Stamina under the desk bike type I had 2 of them they wear out like them the only thing when it gets old must have a old small rug under it it leaks the oil from the paddles like they are wide .
I think I will wait till July 1 CIJ, see what will be on sale maybe?
Thank you so much good luck with your Dolly Rocker have a good weekend. -
Hi Ttownlady – I received my Dolly Rocker a few days ago. I am still on the fence, but I will share my first impressions. First, I did not realize the wheels will not roll on carpet. Also, the wheels do not lock in place, which is kind of annoying. The wheels are attached with elastic bands and magnets, which is why you can collapse the wheels to use in rocker-mode. If you are using in rocker mode, the center hub is very slippery. I wish they would have covered the center hub with a non-slip silicone. Also, for the price, I think it should come with a small yoga mat. I am currently using it in rocker mode, sitting in front of the computer, with a rubber bath mat on top of my carpet to keep the center hub from sliding. HTH.
