I want to thank the person on this posting who said she’s found some of Andrew’s vitamins at a lower cost on Amazon. So, I checked. Whoa! ANDREW LESSMAN Alpha Lipoic Acid ALA 400 – 240 Capsules sells for $99.90 on Amazon and $159.90 on HSN’s monthly price! A $60 savings on Amazon.

  Waterwioman, two days ago from Amazon I purchased AL’s Alpha Lipoic Acid 360 caps for $99 plus $5 shipping. That’s what I mean by periodically checking to see what’s available on Amazon. Previously, on Amazon, I purchased 240 caps for $99 and thought that was a good deal until I found the 360 for the same price of $99!

  I just purchased Essential 1 360 capsules, with 3000 D3 for $119 (plus 5 shipping) from Amazon – it is shipped from ProCapLabs – not a huge savings from the HSN price of $159 – but every bit helps.

  May I respectfully ask why you don’t wait for the Essential 1 to be on this weekend since it’s a TS? At that time if you don’t like the price, couldn’t you order from Amazon?

  @jj22 – wish I had waited! YES, it is a wonderful TSV – Looks like I lost money on that transaction with Amazon & of course there are no returns on this product.
  
  However, I did wait for the Omega3 & purchased it just now. I purchased the 720 size last year & found that even though I have 1/4 of the container left, they are sticking together. I have to use a tool to separate them. This time I ordered the 360 size hoping they wouldn’t stick.
  
  BTW, I contacted ProCapLabs about the sticking & was told to bang the container on something to “shake them up” – that worked for some, but not all.

HSN needs to lower their higher price of $159 for Alpha Lipoic Acid, to $99. Andrews own website procapslabs has it listed at $99 and HSN should immediately follow suit.

Why are the advertising costs for AL’s listed at the sale price, but when you go to the site the products are at full price?

Sometimes just hearing Andrew Lessman speak can make you fall asleep during his presentations that you do look elsewhere. I have to agree, some of his items are cheaper on Amazon with free shipping if you have prime.

Maybe Andrew wants to sell his products at one price and HSN insists on selling them at a much higher price so they can get their CUT. When Andrew sells his product directly from his facilities or Amazon, he can set the price. What do you think?

I buy most of my andrew lessman vitamins from Amazon.
They are cheaper on Amazon and next day delivery.

I just checked Amazon and AL’s Alpha Lipoic Acid is listed for $99 FOR 360 CAPS (S&H $5) On HSN only 240 CAPS is listed ON SALE for $159 . $99 for 360 caps vs $159 for 240 caps.

I’ve learned that with Amazon, you have to either buy immediately if you see a price you like or keep checking back. Yesterday, no 360 caps were listed and the price for 240 was $159.

HSN’s TS for Peter Roth is $114. On ebay, it’s $55 including shipping and tax. No extra product is included on ebay but for $59 difference, I can deal with that.

I always try to remember to check Amazon and ebay before ordering anything on Q or HSN. I don’t have a problem with people and companies making money but when the difference is significant, I need to think of my wallet first.
