Andrew Lessman Memory
There are so many products to choose from for memory. Do any of you have any recommendations? I’ve always had a bad memory and it’s getting worse. Of course some of it is age but if I can find anything to help, I’d be grateful for your suggestions. Thanks.

Are you on a statin drug? I ask because cholesterol is important for brain function. I take a med that can make me slower brain wise. Not always but sometimes so I pay attention to this. Also poor sleep can slow down the brain.

Due to covid, my husband had the beginnings of dementia. People mentioned Prevagen, however it could become too expensive in the long run. So, I did a study on what I called “the brain game, by checking out the ingredients in the many vitamins on the market. So here is what I ended up with. Ginkgo Biloba, Ginseng and Memory & Brain. I also added iron because we seldom eat red meat. A year later there is a difference and he is still improving every day. But, it is a slow process. I am now looking at Neuriva which you may be able to purchase from one of the Wholesale clubs. Unfortunately, Prevagen is not with a prescription nor can you find it at one of the clubs. Both Amazon and Walmart are close in price. I’m hoping Andrew will come up with one pill that will work. Until then I will stick with the “three muskateers.” You should also look at Carotene 500.
