Item arrived only in original packaging!!

I ordered a Christmas present for my husband only for it to arrive only in original packaging with photos on box in full view for everyone to see which included my husband!!!! I did not see anything on HSN that said it would arrive this way!!! And it’s not my first Christmas with HSN! I’m beyond disappointed!! It is very obvious to him that it was meant for him. And this is his only gift. Had I known, I could have worked something out. Thanks a lot HSN
