Why Don’t Vendors Listen to Their Customers?
I don’t understand why vendors refuse to listen to their customers. For example, last year DG2 came out with several cute puffed sleeve tops. However, customers complained about the itchy fabric used to “puff” the sleeves. A lot of women couldn’t stand it so they returned their merchandise, costing them – not the vendor – a lot in return shipping fees. Again, this year DG2 has some very cute puffed sleeve tops BUT they have apparently continued using the same itchy fabric as complaints have already been noted. I love the tops but will not risk the purchase given those complaints. You’re losing customers, Sam, because you ignored requests to switch to another type of puffing fabric. To me that just doesn’t make sense.

DG2 sells very cheaply made clothing. Most of the time it smells of chemicals that is legal in China & all their clothes are made in CHINA WITH CHEAP MANMADE MATERIALS LOADED WITH FORMALDEHYDE

Imported clothes smell of chemicals to prevent mildew while shipping over the ocean, even formaldehyde. I’ve read that imported clothes should always be washed before wearing.

Thank you @charliek. That’s exactly the reason I won’t but anything resembling puffed sleeve by DG2. My shoulders were all red after one day of wearing that shirt. It was over 30 days, so they all went to St Vincent DePaul charity.

Um, I think returns cost the vendor, too.
Vendors are required to keep items at certain price points. QVC and HSN dictate the terms. “This is nice, but can you make it cheaper?” -
Thank you for your feedback. It will be passed along.
