Why do DG2 jeans wrinkle?

When I buy a jean I want my legs to look wrinkle free. I iron my jeans. Why is this tolerated??

because they are cheap all of DG2 is cheap they are not high quality jeans. They have a lot of stretch nowadays a lot of jeans have stretch but they are of higher quality. If people only knew what these designers are paying for these clothes made in China each piece is a few dollars if that they don’t pay a lot at all especially for the cheap stuff they sell on HSN it is a couple of dollars a piece. HSN makes a profit when they sell it a clearance & a percentage off clearance they are making a profit.

Well I have about 100 pair of DG2 jeans and realized a few years ago that some of the colored jeans are called jeans but are not the same jeans material as the traditional jean colors. With that said, those so-called jeans are not really jeans and and do really pull and wrinkle when you put them on because the stretch doesn’t work the same in that material.

They look wrinkled because they are wearing a few sizes too small. One model says she wears a 6 but probably should be wearing an 8.

I wasn’t aware of this! I’m glad you mentioned it because I had been considering some DG2! I despise wrinkled jeans as well!

  I own a lot of DG2 jeans, many different versions. None of them wrinkle. Even after 10+ years. I don’t usually put them in the dryer. I usually hang dry them. I did, just yesterday, put a pair of old ones in the dryer. I was hoping they would shrink. They didn’t shrink and weren’t wrinkled. I only buy basic jean colors, so the person that commented on the colorful ones is probably right.

  Own at least 30 pr of dg jeans. I am confused by the post that they wrinkle. Said she irons them? Even if left in dryer & they do get wrinkled, I fold in half, smooth, and hang on hangars, as it easy to see styles/colors that way. NO WRINKLES. I dont even use fabric softener.
  My only complaint is sometimes sizes are inconsistent, but I still purchase as the fit & stretch is good.
