Where are the 5 flex pays lately

I was wondering the same thing. Would like to order large bottles of Andrew Lessman this weekend or next.

In the past year or so I have received a lot of shipments from HSN where either the wrong product, damaged product, or the wrong size was shipped. But the same thing has happened on shipments from QVC. But the worst from QVC recently was the free shipping coupon for up to four fashion items for the month of March. The code came directly to me by email. The coupon was excluded from everything I tried to order. I studied the terms of the coupon, and there were no exclusions for “as is” and clearance items. I’m a coupon person, so I know how important the terms are. I tried customer service twice to get the S/H waived because of the coupon, and they wouldn’t help. They told me that there were exclusions. Too bad QVC didn’t put that in the fine print on the email promoting the coupon. I’m not planning to order from QVC again. That being said, I am always so thankful for the EXCEPTIONAL customer service on HSN. The HSN representatives have always taken care of things for me, and it is appreciated!

Hi peace91 been wondering SAME as you! “Seems” Qurate WANTS QVC #1, NOT HSN. HSN DEF HAD 3 (maybe even 4) channels-now only 2; and HAD minim (MINIMUM!) 3 flex ON “ALL”! NOW… QVC HAS 3 channels PLUS a ‘kitchen/cooking’ – tho may not be an actual channel (?) -and WITH min 3 pays ON “ALL”AND s/h is divided equally IN THE PAYS! Really LIKE that-HELPS! -smile.

And lately-not only has hsn/qvc been selling SAME products/lines, BUT NOW BOTH sites HAVE products/lines FROM SHOPHQ! I read ‘somewhere’ someone believed ALL 3 home shop channels WERE BECOMING ONE! Starting TO *SEE* THIS MAY ACTUALLY BE PLAUSIBLE! Ex: DG2’s ‘Sam’ was a LONGTIME ‘shophq’ One World Rep & now he’s on HSN along w/some ‘OW’ items too. future ‘HSN’ product line (?).

WHY NO ARCADE CORRELATING/UPDATED INFO? And now only a dozen or so peeps are posting (regularly) in community-mostly airing grievances…

I MISS the FLEXPAYS OF YESTERYEAR too; AND VARIETY & DEAL$! NOW it’s “as-is” deals. OK, I DO buy – find 90% GREAT-but that 10% -NOT GOOD-often INSULTING!!! EX: BO-perfume-MAKEUP/stains-rips tears & holes-hair-shrinkage damaged & irregular etc… ALSO $hipping’s ON EVERYTHING w/seldom a break & NO buy more & save. Buy 2 belts (XXX LIGHTWEIGHT obi no less) PAY $7. S/H… I don’t know… time will tell all. In meantime, I ‘AM GRATEFUL’ AND ‘DO’ enJOY the RARE FEW DEAL/FIND$! However, I’m also BUYING FAR LESS… Mainly Andrew Lessman and Beauty products. BUT CAN’T even TRUST those-EX: sending USED product; half full/empty; misleading packaging “appearing” larger/fuller; DRIED OUT MASCARA; smashed tube lipsticks-or-sample sized as FULL SIZED. I HONESTLY, SINCERELY DO NOT WANT TO BE SO NEGATIVE-but I KNOW I AM NOT ALONE! And WHAT’S WITH THE NO EZ LABELS? AND THATS IF AN INVOICE IS EVEN RECEIVED (legal ?)! And HSN makes $$ on return$/$hipping fees. Maybe that’s WHY THEY DON’T CARE???
Few peeps are happy or have a positive experience lately-just READ REVIEWS/FORUM POSTS… MUST SAY THOUGH, I’ve had ***EXCELLENT CUST SERVICE*** this past month or so-VERY GRATEFUL FOR THAT TOO!!!
