Is anyone else having trouble with the website lately? Alot of times when I click on an item to look at or to add to my cart, it will only show a blank screen that says 400 bad request…. Just wondering if it’s an issue with the website or with my phone!

    Hol44, you will need to delete your browsing history and then sign back in and yes, a bit annoying.

      We are so sorry there is a problem with the video. We tried to re-create the error and were unable to play the “product information” video. We have notified the technical departments about this error. Were you experiencing the issue with any other videos? If so, what browser are you using and did you delete your browsing history and cache and then tried to sign back in to view the video again?

      Yes it’s SO annoying!! Mine is still working good after I did what TACI said…. I hope your’s will get back normal soon too!

    I am still unable to check out in the app or on the website. I have deleted cache, browser history, restarted computer and it won’t let me check out. Getting a 400 page error. I can see my basket but I can’t go any further. Anyone else?

      Maybe try de-installing the app and then reinstalling it. Sorry you have an issue.

    This has been happening to me for months, on all my devices.
    I have notified customer service and they always say that they will pass this along.
    I clear my cookies often
    This does not happen on any other website ( including QVC )
    It is most times impossible to place an order and calling to order takes too much time
    Clearing ones cookies to view each item is ridiculous
    The problem is not with your customer’s devices or internet, it is with HSN
    HSN seems to have no desire to fix this
    So odd, it seems as though HSN is trying to go out of business

      galaxy 16 and brand new Chromebook. also tried on my son’s apple i pod and apple phone
      again, not our devices, problem lies with your website
      have been reporting this to you for a few months
