Unhappy about HSN return policy
HSN charged me approx $12 for a return. I’ll just stick to Amazon!

bev1168, also with Amazon I’ll get a refund as soon as I drop off the package at UPS. vs. HSN we have to wait until they receive it, then wait until they refund. Most of the times I have to call CS that item received already, but I didn’t get a refund yet. I track the package.
