Some Items Not Eligible for Extra Flex?

Wow, things just keep changing for the worse at HSN. It makes me very sad. I wanted to purchase an item and tried to get the extra flex usually afforded to card holders. It was not offered on that item. Customer Service says they do not offer it on certain items. I have never encountered that before. Has anyone else?

Just noticed that there are now 5 flex pay on everything. Happy shopping

Yes, I have. Also prices are so high that even with flex, may not be worth purchasing. However, what I usually do is put it into favorites. This will let you know if the item has only a few left, price has been lowered, or is back in stock.
