Saved Items Purged

I had the same problem. Couldn’t find the items I had favorited or saved anywhere no matter how I searched. I finally came to the conclusion that they had been purged for free ship day. No orders placed for me that day and no good vibes about HSN. Sure enough, the following day, those same items were right back where they had been. Not a good move.

Of course this was intentional. How many customers did they lose by saving a few bucks on shipping cost.? Not very savvy business sense.

Well, after free shipping was removed … a few items showed back up as available for purchase. If two more show up … I’ll be thrilled. Thank you so much for the insight and tip!

Yes they do that at QVC as well …saved items purged.on free ship day.

I’ve noticed that when they do a free shipping on everything day that all saved items are purged. Once I couldn’t find the item I wanted but fortunately, I had the item # and was able to order it. However, when I put just the category of the item in the search box, the item I wanted was not included. Very strange.

Just to add, if you don’t have the item number but know the product name. Try finding the video on YouTube to see if they show the item number, so can order over the phone..

Just spoke to customer service. She inform me they have gotten several complaints for the missing product pages. She assured me, they are working on getting this fixed. In the meantime, if you have an item number, call the sales line 1-800-284-5757. I just did and was able to order my missing items.

Yes this is very disappointing…I had about 10 items in my bag this morning but wasn’t finished shopping. & had to leave. Got home this evening & my bag had one item left everything else gone. Tried pulling items back up all say not available/not found, items were from Colleen Lopez, Marla Wynne, & G by Guilliana.

I called customer service she said sorry all items sold out! Said that is impossible all sizes, colors completely sold out by 3 separate vendors, sorry that’s impossible. For HSN to purge/take away items on free shipping days, not good business! G by Guilliana used to have 300+ items now down to 121 items, something is going on!

HSN at least inform your CS to inform the customer what’s going on when they call & ask, not the shady oh it all sold out! Your loyal customers deserve better than that. Not good business!!!!

Thanks for responding! Appreciate it. I was just surprised and annoyed with myself that I waited. The main items were Christian Siriano jackets with the lace sleeves along with a cute sundress in gorgeous blue colour by Nina Leonard and a couple of Christian’s cropped crepe long sleeve jackets but for summer (nice over sleeveless dresses) and they had four colours. Hopefully, its a glitch and they reappear. I would not think they would remove them and send them else where to be sold. Anyway, hope everyone has a good weekend.

A ton of my favorites are gone and seem to be no longer available! Most all of the items missing were home items with shipping of 5.50 or 7.50. Very strange and if this doesn’t get fixed before free shipping is over but re- appear afterwards that would be very suspect. The items I had saved were items that were like 9.99 on clearance and had like 7.50 shipping so I had them in favorites specifically waiting for a free shipping day. They were home or outdoor decorating items that were winter and fall themed.

I alerted customer service again and they said they woukd let the IT department kno. This is obviously an issue if it has affected multiple product pages that still had inventory available

Yes! I discovered the same thing this morning. Had some colleen lopez tops in my cart I was going to order this morning and they are gone along with the page. Noticed other product pages are gone that I was just looking at last night. Tried to place the order with a customer sevice rep and they couldn’t find the items either. Dont kno what’s going on, but hope they fix it soon!
