Hello. I was told to return a SB luggage piece via an email address-service@24-7int.com. It cam back as an unknown address. Did I miss a word somehere?

If it’s within 30 days, you can send a note to customer service using their thread within community. Also, you an either contact customer service by phone or chat. I have used all 3 and find chat easy.

Its nice to see I am not the only one having a problem. I bought a 70$ bag and the strap broke within a week. HSN wont do anything for me and I tried that warranty email also – 4 times- and no response. This is horrible customer service. I won’t purchase anything of hers again if this is the way they treat their customers.

Is there any other way to get help with Samantha Brown luggage? The customer service email response is abysmal, at least 2 weeks to respond to an email? The conversation has been going on for over 2 months and they still only respond after at least 2 weeks. Please tell me HSN has a better way to get help than this!
