Samantha Brown luggage broke on first use. Once again!
I just got back from using my replacement Samantha Brown 19 in carry on for the first time and the handle broke, once again! I had to pay shipping to get a replacement, even with the warranty and I am very frustrated it happened again! The handles are cheap and become unattached inside the unit. DO NOT BUY HER LUGGAGE Noone cares that both broke on their first use. Items were in my possession both times, so you cannot blaim the airlines.

If it is within the 30 days or past 30 days under warranty you should have spoken up and said you want a free shipping. You should not have to pay for shipping to get a replacement doesn’t sound right also it sounds like a manufacturing defect in this particular style luggage. HSN should do a recall unless it only happened to you but most likely if it happened to you twice there is something wrong with the luggage and other people probably had the same problem
