I have to tell you that I am saddened with the way HSN treats their customers. I recently ordered a 2-pk of Slinky Brand pants and the matching 2-pk of Slinky Brand cold shoulder angle-hemmed tops. I was so anxious to get them! When I ordered them, I looked at the sizing chart and then measured myself VERY CAREFULLY so as to order the right size! They were on sale so I didn’t want to have to go thru the hassle of an exchange for a different size. When they arrived all the items were WAY TOO LARGE. I wanted to exchange them for a size smaller, but I was told I had to pay the 7.95 shipping for the exchange. I feel that is unfair and bad business since they had incorrect sizing information on the order page! I was told there were TWO (2) sizing charts on the page and I just chose the wrong one to follow! So it’s my fault I didn’t know which sizing chart to use! Why put two different sizing charts on the order page in the first place??? Put only the accurate one, then people like me won’t be robbed of the 7.95 postage fee to get the right size. I was so annoyed at their policy, I simply returned the items (over $100 worth of merchandise) for a refund. Yes they STILL took their pound of flesh for the return that they orchestrated!!! SHAME ON YOU HSN. Buyer BEWARE!!!
More than once I have gotten a garment that was in my correct size per the size chart but it was way off. I contacted customer service via chat and told them the item was defective and I don’t feel I should have to pay shipping or return shipping. They agreed and said to put “Defective” as the reason and I won’t be charged for the shipping/return shipping. Maybe try speaking with someone else in customer service.
